Please contact The Glenwood Agency for current sales status as it changes frequently, but the price range for townhomes (when available) is from the mid $200,000s to the low $400,000s.  We are currently selling townhomes on Twin Branches Way as well as the Signature townhomes.  The townhomes on Capability Drive and Campus Shore Drive will come online in the near future to be followed by the loft condo buildings.  The loft condo buildings will range in size from 516 sqft to 1120 sqft.

Pool and pool house will be constructed during the first phase, but could differ from this marketing drawing.  Please refer to construction documents for specific sizing and location for the pool.
