Progress

Dirt is moving at North Shore! Here is an update from the developer: What you see to the right of the picture is the dam of the storm water pond. There is a drain and overflow device that you see in concrete. They have defined the limits of this and now are excavating the dirt from the interior of the pond down to a prescribed depth. This dirt is being taken to the pool site. if the weather remains rain free, we should finish the storm water facility this week.

NOTE: Once we finish the land disturbing activities on this side of our project, this storm water pond will be converted to a bio-retention facility with special soil and plants for permanent application

While progress continues on site, we had a great official ground breaking today. Check the pics of all the fun and work!

Oct 12

Rain has ended and site work continues! Construction on the alley behind the first building and the parking lot for the pool has begun. Retaining walls for pool to start tomorrow.

Dec 10

Site work continues. The first below slab plumbing was approved today. The concrete slab team will be on site this coming Monday. If all goes well and weather permitting, framing will begin Monday Dec 21!!

Spring has ARRIVED! Flowers are in bloom at North Shore and the waterproofing is up on 1201 Twin Branches Way. The pool form has been poured and the steps are formed as well.
